No Refund Policy
All sales and payments for services rendered by ModernTyrTech are final. We do not offer refunds for completed work, work in progress, or deposits paid toward project engagements.

Custom web development is a service-based engagement. Each project involves significant time, expertise, and resources dedicated specifically to your requirements. Because this work is custom and cannot be resold or reused, we are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced.

Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any unused portion of a deposit may be applied to work already performed. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be outlined in your project agreement.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues through open communication and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution within the scope of the project agreement.
